2. Description of Service

VibeRune is an AI coding framework that provides orchestrated multi-agent workflows, specialized agents, and reusable skills to accelerate software development.

3. Account & Subscription

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Subscriptions are billed via Polar.sh
• Refunds are handled per Polar.sh's refund policy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use VibeRune for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Share account credentials with others
• Abuse API rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

Code you generate using VibeRune belongs to you. VibeRune framework, agents, and skills remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

VibeRune is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
